The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in developing and integrating agentic AI solutions, connecting to Multi‑Cloud Platforms (MCP), and leveraging specialized tools to deliver scalable, ethical, and high‑performing AI applications. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to create innovative AI agents that drive business value while adhering to the highest standards of reliability, transparency, and ethical responsibility.ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design & Technical Leadership: Lead the architectural design of complex agentic AI solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them on best practices, code quality, and advanced development techniques.Agentic AI Development: Design and develop advanced agentic AI systems with autonomous decision‑making, adaptability, and multi‑agent coordination, using frameworks like LangGraph, Crew AI, Agent Development Kit, and N8N.Vector Database Management: Build and manage data pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar, to support efficient storage, retrieval, and processing of high‑dimensional data for agentic AI applications.Monitoring & Optimization: Utilize monitoring tools like Langtrace, Agent Ops, and LangSmith to track the performance, health, and decision‑making accuracy of agentic AI systems in production. Proactively optimize models to address issues like latency, drift, or bias.Front‑End Development: Develop user‑facing interfaces for agentic AI applications using tools like Chainlit and Streamlit, ensuring intuitive and responsive user experiences.
