About the RoleSoftware Developer – Incentives PlatformLocation: Mexico (remote, EST business hours)Employment Type: Full TimeTeam: Incentives Development – a highly collaborative, technical, and data‑driven team that builds a single‑page web app for the Varicent Incentives platform. What You’ll DoDesign, develop, and refine features that support client success and platform growth.Collaborate in a cross‑functional knowledge‑sharing team that includes developers, designers, and data scientists.Use modern tools, open‑source technologies, and best practices to build scalable, maintainable code.Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain robust code that delivers exceptional user experiences. What We’re Looking For5 to 8 years of backend development experience, ideally with data‑intensive systems.Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (C#, Java, C).Hands‑on AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS/Redshift, DynamoDB, etc.).Knowledge of ELT/ETL concepts and large‑data challenges.Solid software design fundamentals and a passion for clean, maintainable code.Strong communication skills and English level B2 or higher.
