HR Solutions Analyst

Job Description As a HR Solutions Analyst at J.S. Held, you'll be an integral player in our Global HR Operations team, ensuring the integrity of our data, producing insightful reports, and maintaining our HR systems. This role is crucial for our goal of improving operational excellence and aligning our HR platforms and processes. If you align with our core values—Quality and Service are Paramount, Deliver the News, Collaboration is in Our DNA, Be Passionate in All That You Do, and Think Outside the Box—then we want you to join us and help shape the future of our organization Job Responsibilities Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the confidence to recommend solutions where no established process exists Maintain and audit HRIS data to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms Support system access provisioning, basic configuration, and routine updates in collaboration with other HR team members and IT teams Assist with troubleshooting system issues and documenting resolutions Support the documentation of HR processes and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Assist in preparing materials for internal audits and compliance reviews Help ensure data governance practices are followed across HR systems Participate in global HR projects and initiatives, contributing regional insights and execution support Collaborate with People Services, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards teams to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment Qualifications 4 – 7 years of experience in HR operations, HR systems, or data analytics Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Fluent in written and spoken English Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word Experience with standard HR systems including HRIS (BambooHR or similar), Payroll, Learning Management, and Performance / Compensation Management Experience managing ticketing systems like Asana or similar. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in managing sensitive HR information Experience supporting global teams or working in a multinational environment preferred Additional Information J.S.
