Job Title: Engineering Regional Head – Decklar Mexico.Location: San Andrés Cholula, Puebla.Company: Join Decklar – Where Innovation Meets Impact.Our AI-driven Decision Intelligence platform and purpose-built IoT sensors are transforming supply chains, logistics, and industrial operations across the globe.What drives us isn't just technology—it's people who lead with purpose, solve real-world problems, and thrive in environments where ideas turn into action.As we expand our global footprint, Puebla is becoming a cornerstone of our innovation and execution network—a place where engineering excellence meets customer success.We're looking for a leader who embodies the spirit of a startup builder, the discipline of an engineer, and the empathy of a mentor.Someone who can represent Decklar's global DNA locally—leading teams, delighting customers, and shaping the future of how intelligence is delivered to enterprises.Decklar is a global Decision Intelligence company transforming how enterprises gain visibility, insight, and control over their supply chains and operational assets.The Regional Head – Puebla will represent Decklar's global operations in Mexico and Latin America.This individual will lead a multidisciplinary team ofengineers and operations staff, drive customer success and technical excellence, and serve as the bridge between our customers, product engineering, and leadership teams.This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a technically strong engineer with proven experience in startups, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to mentor and inspire teams while managing execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Leadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and grow a regional team of engineers and customer success professionals to deliver high-quality technical outcomes.Serve as the regional face of Decklar, conducting demos, technical presentations, and onsite solution deployments with key customers.Act as the local escalation point for technical and operational challenges.Collaboration with Product & EngineeringWork closely with global product and engineering teams to relay customer insights, drive feature improvements, and ensure alignment with roadmap goals.Operational ExcellenceOversee local delivery operations, project execution, and quality assurance; represent Decklar in regional forums, customer meetings, and business reviews.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, or related field).Master's degree preferred.~7–10 years of experience in technical or engineering leadership roles, preferably in IoT, SaaS, or industrial technology sectors.~ Demonstrated success collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver customer outcomes.~ Fluent in English and Spanish.#J-*****-Ljbffr
