Buyer Planner

The Buyer/Planner will deliver exceptional service through the entire customer experience.This positionrequires a high attention to detail, some previous financial experience helpful and an ability to managemultiple projects at varying stages of progress.The Buyer/Planner is responsible for supporting allaspects of Pair's process from quote, order-fulfilment, logistics, installation and post-installation service.The Buyer/Planner collaboratively works within a cross-functional team and is instrumental insupporting many of the day-to-day functions of the organization.**Responsibilities**:- Works across multiple teams, supply chain, design, engineering, sales and finance teams.- Responsible for order processing from inception to completion; from order entry, PO process, toproduct breakout and engineering of specifically assigned projects.- Ensure accuracy of sales order information, delivery dates and accurate and timely customernotification and communication.- Manage the warranty fulfillment process; troubleshoot and remedy issues with fieldrepresentative and customers.- Drive efficiencies with supply chain partners from manufacturing to logistics- Plan, attend and lead in person visits with vendor partners- Support new product launches and development by securing resources and managing timelyexecution of tasks and deliverables- Complete other assignments and special projects as assigned.**Qualifications**:- Associate's (A.A.)
