Position: Production Manager Join us in Mexicali as a Production Manager responsible for managing a production unit to deliver products against defined performance measures, as per planning and quality requirements. Responsibilities Deploy and execute manufacturing standards in the production unit. Supervise, select, develop, coach, and evaluate managing personnel to ensure efficient manufacturing. Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Lead the production unit, related processes, and staff in the execution of world‑class operational performance. Arrange programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the manufacturing organization. Contribute to preparing manufacturing operation and investment plans. Define and execute improvement plans toward defined performance measures. Deliver products on time with high factory and supplier yields. Ensure an optimum production process regarding routing, supplies, and manpower levels. Maintain commitment to safety, environmental, and quality regulations guidelines. Manage projects including introduction of new products, process, and equipment. Qualifications Experience in driving operational excellence and LEAN methods and tools. Strong working knowledge of manufacturing. Ability to balance needs of multiple users and manage stakeholder relationships, including senior levels. Strong understanding of the organization’s products and services. Knowledge of environmental, safety, and quality regulations. Cross‑cultural and emotional intelligence.
