**KioSoft Technologies LLC** ("KioSoft") is a growing hardware and software company providingturnkey custom solutions for the Commercial Laundry, Vending, and other unattended PaymentIndustries.KioSoft has operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, China, Korea, andWe are looking to hire a **Technical Sales Administrator** at our office in Mexico City.To apply: please submit your **English** resume**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:- Work with a technical sales team to onboard new customer accounts, and guide customersthrough our process.- Develop meaningful business relationships through networking.- Provide top quality customer service.- Develop proficiency in our products and software.- Work with a technical team to generate quotes and solutions for clients.- Translate technical terms into nontechnical language when dealing with clients.- Research and recommend solutions to technical client issues using problem solving,critical-thinking and presentation skills.- Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in a technical sales or customer support role, preferably within the technology or payment industries.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, non-technical terms.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communicationabilities.- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.- Basic understanding of networking and software systems is an asset.**submit resumes in English only
