At Swarovski, where innovation meets inspiration, our people desire to explore, experience, and create.We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager LATAM role where you will get a chance to work in a rewarding role within a diverse team that is pushing boundaries.Be part of a truly iconic global brand, learn and grow with us.We're bold and inventive, revealing astonishing things like no one else can.A world of wonder awaits you.- About the job- Oversee and check the VM implementation at all POPs (SR, IR MOB and MUB) according to global guidelines and policies.This includes flagging if there are any local adaptations necessary to the Marketing Director channeled via Marketing Delivery for approval.Localize global tools as required and coordinate developments to support global and local market activation plan if necessary, agreed with central Marketing Delivery- Implement POP zoning in conjunction with central Marketing Delivery and the sales team according to market activation plan- Execute VM training for the Sales team in all channels- Make any requests to customer service in terms of orderings of VM tools, displays and collaterals (shopping bags, certificates, etc.)- Control local Warehouses on monthly basis, making sure assets and tools are being optimized.- Coordinate VM for new openings, relocations and refurbishments (long life and short life) and provide VM support for events (e.g. PRCL, Dealer Days).- Seek to improve access to the main online platform VM Help Desk at Coco, for all relevant channels in order to improve and enhance VM implementation for all POPs- Manage external agencies providing guidelines, trainings tools and implementing reports and fup systems that assure excellence on execution on the pops for all distribution channels.- Responsible for removing roadblocks from local VM team or flagging them to the Marketing Director to find possible solutions (i.e. topics on non-availability, delays, etc.)- Review and track VM budget spend according to market activation plan with Marketing Director- Is the main contact for the Central VM team (receiving inputs and providing feedback on any improvement area)- About you- We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:- University degree (Architecture, Art, Marketing or similar)- 4 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a fashion and retail environment, specially in the luxury sector- Excellent organizational and planning skills- English level advance in spoken and written.- About Swarovski- Swarovski is a Wonderlab where magic and science meet.- Swarovski unifies all parts of its organization under one spellbinding idea and brings forward a wondrous new world of crystal craftsmanship.Founded in **** in Austria, the company designs, manufactures and sells the world's highest quality crystal, genuine gemstones, Swarovski Created Diamonds and zirconia, jewelry, and accessories, as well as crystal objects and home accessories.Together with its sister companies Swarovski Optik (optical devices) and Tyrolit (abrasives), Swarovski Crystal Business forms the Swarovski Group.- A responsible relationship with people and the planet has always been an integral part of Swarovski's heritage.This manifests today in the company's well-established sustainability agenda with youth-focused education programs and foundations to promote human empowerment and conserve natural resources to achieve positive social impact.
