ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)2. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt3. IATF 16949 Core Tools Training (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)Experience Requirements1. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Quality within automotive or manufacturing environments.2. Proven track record in implementing and maintaining IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 systems.3. Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and other core quality tools.4. Experience leading internal and external audits, managing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.5. Strong background in customer quality management, including handling complaints, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements.6. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, train personnel, and foster a culture of quality and safety.
