You'll test both web and mobile experiences, develop QA documentation, and proactively identify and report bugs and usability issues to our engineering team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives with minimal supervision, learns complex product flows quickly, and takes full ownership of QA deliverables in a fast-moving product environment.Who You AreA self-starter with strong product intuition and the ability to learn new systems quicklyA natural power user who enjoys building and testing software productsAn autonomous, proactive problem solver who identifies issues before they're assignedA clear and confident communicator in English, comfortable collaborating with global teamsOrganized, adaptable, and able to bring structure and clarity to evolving environmentsExceptionally detail-oriented, always focused on product quality and continuous improvementWhat You'll DoProduct Testing & Quality AssuranceConduct manual QA for web and mobile apps (React Native for mobile, React for web, TypeScript backend)Execute testing flows for new features and updates, with special attention to real-time voice call experiencesIdentify, document, and track bugs with product and engineering teamsVerify fixes through regression testingMaintain and refine QA test plans, scripts, and scenarios to ensure consistency and accuracyProactively design and update QA checklists and process documentationCollaboration & CommunicationPartner closely with engineers and the product designer to clarify behaviors, report issues, and suggest improvementsCommunicate testing results and insights clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersRecommend enhancements to strengthen product experience from a QA perspectiveProcess & DocumentationCreate structured QA documentation (test cases, reports, checklists)Contribute to scaling QA processes as the company expands product and engineering operationsMonitor and ensure consistency in user experience for real-time voice interactionsQualifications3+ years of experience in software QA, product management or software testing experienceProven ability to work autonomously and manage QA workflows with minimal oversight.Strong understanding of web and mobile applications, particularly React Native and TypeScript React environments.Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills (C1 level or higher).Experience creating QA documentation (checklists, bug reports, regression logs).Experience testing across multiple devices (desktop, iOS, Android).Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup with evolving processes.Bachelor Degree or higher in a technical field such as engineering (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred)Preferred BackgroundsBackground in Computer Science, Product Management, or Software Engineering (degree or equivalent experience).Prior exposure to startups or fast-scaling tech companies.Experience testing real-time or voice-based products is a strong plus.Familiarity with basic scripting, automation tools, or bug-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Notion, Linear).Managed a team of QAs and/or engineers.Work From HomeTraining & Development#J-*****-Ljbffr
