Senior Java Software Development ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Software Development Manager to oversee the development of high-performance Java applications.The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure adherence to coding standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Technical Leadership & Team Management:- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications.- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.- Provide technical guidance and resolve complex issues that arise during application development.- Development & Design:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure Java-based applications using Microservices, REST APIs, and other technologies.- Implement architectural designs and ensure compliance with technical specifications and coding standards.- Collaboration:- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integration and delivery of projects.- Quality Assurance:- Perform unit testing and ensure high-quality deliverables through thorough testing and validation.- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.- Continuous Improvement:- Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into project development.- Optimize performance and scalability of applications to meet business needs.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other relevant technologies.- Experience with Microservices architecture, REST/SOAP Web Services, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and ORM frameworks.- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven), version control (Git), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.- Experience: 6+ years in Java development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
