Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates within LatAm.2. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.3. Applicant Tracking: Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless recruitment process.4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.5. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and staffing needs.6. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates.7. Onboarding Support: Provide support during the onboarding process, including facilitating background checks, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with new hire orientation.8. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.9.
