**Responsibilities**- Act as the point of contact for external auditors- Reviewing financial statements to ensure accuracy of accounting records- Conducting audits and reconciling accounts to ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately- Preparing reports for management regarding financial status of the company and identifying issues that may require attention- Ensuring that payments are made on time by monitoring cash flow and making advance payments when necessary- Preparing reports and maintaining records on financial transactions in order to track income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and other measures of financial performance- Coordinating with external auditors and accountants to ensure compliance with regulations- Conducting audits to ensure accounting records accurately reflect financial transactions- Calculating interest rates on loans or bonds using complex formulas such as the yield curve method, and ensuring that interest payments are made on time- Managing accounts receivable by following up with delinquent customers for payment on their rent- Supervise and train accounting staff**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field- 10+ years proven accounting experience- Professional accounting certification, including CMA, CGA, or CA- Working knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP)- Strong understanding of economic and banking processes- Exemplary history of financial project management- Experience with real estate accounting and property management software consider a plus**Salary**: $*********** per hour**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- PM: 1 year (preferred)- Work Location: Remote**Salary**: $****** - $****** per hour
