Job Title: Maintenance SupervisorWe are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our production equipment.1.Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment, including aluminum injection molding machines and PLC-controlled systems.2.Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC logic, inputs/outputs, sensors, and control communication issues to ensure continuous operation.3.Coordinate maintenance activities for facilities and utilities such as compressors, evaporator, and wastewater treatment systems.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field.- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electronic and mechanic maintenance and automation within a manufacturing environment.- Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic programming of PLCs from different brands (e.G.
