Every day, Global Payments makes it possible for millions of people to move money between buyers and sellers using our payments solutions for credit, debit, prepaid and merchant services.Our worldwide team helps over 3 million companies, more than 1,300 financial institutions and over 600 million cardholders grow with confidence and achieve amazing results.We are driven by our passion for success and we are proud to deliver best-in-class payment technology and software solutions.Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.**TSYS, a Global Payments company, is the payment stack for the future and operating in more than 75 countries around the world, we process billions of card transactions each year.****As part of our growth as a card processor in Latin America, we are looking for a Product Development Manager to be part of our team.****If you want more reasons for choosing us, we can help you**:- Flexibility to work from home- People centered environment- Contact with teams from different countries- Attractive policy of salary and benefits**Summary of This Role**- Works with product managers, sales, clients, relationship management teams, internal and external partners to define growth strategies, product marketing positioning objectives, pricing strategies, communications, industry events, and/or strategies for products and services in Latin America- Identifies and investigates emerging markets and niche opportunities for existing and new products.- Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies needs relative to organization's capabilities and alignment.- Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence (e.g. financial feasibility studies, market research), and implementing of strategic business objectives.- Works directly with Sales and Relationship Management, as well as other appropriate entities, such as clients and partners, to educate various audiences on product opportunities, selling points, competitive landscape, and proposition.- Maintains knowledge of new trends and products within assigned areas.- May assist with special studies in areas such as operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, cost containment, non-functional requirements etc.**What Are We Looking for in This Role?**- Bachelor's Degree.- Master's Degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is desired.- Previous experience in the Payments industry (preferably with cards processing solutions).- Proven product management development experience, with a successful track record in driving product innovation and effective market positioning.- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.- Advanced English level.- Advanced Spanish level.
