Customer Success Procurement Associate Analyst We are PepsiCo, a leading global food and beverage company with iconic brands consumed more than a billion times a day in over 200 countries. Responsibilities Support myBUY procurement platform users by managing incidents, resolving P2P issues, and ensuring end-to-end handling of service requests. Incident (INC) Management: identify and record incidents, classify and provide initial support to users, investigate and diagnose incidents, follow escalation procedures to ensure resolution, restore service to normal operation, and communicate with users to close the incident ticket. Train end users in myBUY usage. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience: Good interpersonal skills, experience in incident management, ideally with a procurement background, strong customer service background, problem‑solving capability, ability to follow structured processes, comfortable with high‑volume workload, good English level (written and spoken) mandatory, ERP (SAP / ARIBA) experience, 1+ years of experience required, clear communication.
