About the role: A leading private investment firm is seeking an Analyst to support both business development and Due Diligence investment activities focused on B2B and enterprise software companies. The role sits at the front end of the investment lifecycle, combining proactive sourcing and relationship-building with rigorous investment analysis and execution. Analysts engage directly with founders, CEOs, and senior executives, helping identify new investment opportunities while also supporting portfolio companies through M&A, financial planning, and value creation initiatives. This position offers hands-on exposure across the full private equity process and extensive interaction with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders. Core Responsibilities: Source and evaluate new software investment opportunities and develop investment theses Build relationships with founders, executives, and industry partners Conduct market research, financial modeling, and proprietary analyses Support due diligence, investment committee presentations, and deal execution Collaborate with portfolio company teams on budgeting, M&A, and growth initiatives Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and strong work ethicExcellent analytical, communication, and attention to detail Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and collaborate effective High integrity and alignment with core values of passion, persistence, humility, and excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
