**IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST****Responsabilidades**- Interacción con los clientes (desarrolladores de software del cliente), guiándolos en el proceso de integración.Intercambio de comunicaciones de apoyo y solución a clientes y ejecutivos comerciales.- Proporcionar información técnica y de reglas de negocio, según la solución de pagos a integrar.**Requerimientos**- **Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales o afín.**:- **Mínimo 2 años** de soporte técnico especializado en aplicaciones de software ó 2 años desarrollo y/o implementación de aplicaciones WEB.- **2 años atención** a clientes (50%), (50%) solucionando casos, solicitando accesos, ingresar código, pruebas, capacitaciones constantes.- Conocimiento intermedio de **Microsoft Office, Teams.**:- Uso intermedio de **Jira, Salesforce.**:- Conocimientos intermedios de **Programación y/o uso de HTML, XML, JSON, Web Services, APL,.NET, PHP, Java, Logs, Debug, etc.**:- Uso intermedio de aplicaciones **Soap, Postman, Swagger, etc.**:- Conocimiento intermedio en entendimiento del funcionamiento punto de venta.- Nível de inglés básico-intermedio.**Beneficios****Horario**:Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 am a 7:00 pm**Modalidad**:Tiempo Completo, Presencial con posibilidad de esquema híbrido, 100% nominal**Sueldo**: $34,000 MXN brutos mensuales**Prestaciones de ley**:IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAR**Prima Vacacional****Aguinaldo**: 30 días**12 días de vacaciones a partir del primer año****Fondo de ahorro**:5% con tope legal**Seguro de vida****Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores,****Vales de despensa**: $1,000 mensualesUBICACIONBLVD MIGUEL DE CERVANTES SAAVEDRA, GRANADA, CD DE MEXICOTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: Hasta $34,****** al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Cuantos años hace que egresaste de la Universidad?Experiência:- Soporte IT SOFTWARE, PROGRAMACION: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Java y Jira: 2 años (Obligatorio)Licencia/Certificación:- Ingeniero en Sistemas Computacionales o afin (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
