**Currently living in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.****Job Description Details**Join a rapid-growing digital news and media company whose voice is recognized in the world of work and whose readers, listeners and subscribers rely on to make smarter decisions for their business, career, and work life.You will work on a wide variety of tasks and marketing projects, build social (and human) skills that will benefit your professional development, and take part in a diverse and multicultural work environment with a team of marketing, communications, and workplace enthusiasts.We are looking for a full-time, "hands on" social media and content specialist with proven experience and the availability to work in Monterrey, Mexico, in the San Pedro area (working remotely or from home is available based on performance) who is not only looking to learn and grow with us, but who is also seeking an opportunity to make an impact, think creatively, be willing to innovate and help spearhead our growth.The Social Media & Content Specialist for Allwork.Space is a key player on the global communications team.Its principal focus is to help develop and execute an innovative and data-driven social media strategy in line with the company's business priorities to grow brand recognition, protect the company's reputation and position Allwork.Space as an innovative leader in the Future Of Work industry with a strong voice and purpose.If you are looking for a fresh start and a place where your voice matters, then you are one step closer to joining our team.**Responsibilities and day-to-day work includes**:- Manage posting and monitoring of Allwork.Space official accounts across all social media platforms including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram while ensuring visual and tone alignment with our mission and vision.- Growth of social media and podcast KPIs (followers, reach, clicks, engagement, downloads)- Design, write and/or proofread meaningful, enticing and informational content for every social post with a high attention to detail and excellence- Execute and oversee both paid and organic content campaign execution across all channels; partner with campaign owners to deliver guidance and support of social tactics- Create a living editorial calendar for social postings and report weekly to the team on upcoming social media engagements, campaigns and relevant results- Consistently monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports back on campaign success, proactively and as requested for specific topics- Consistently monitor the online communities and audiences of Allwork.Space channels for notable positive and negative occurrences, elevating to leadership as needed- Collaborate with creative team and external agencies as required to imagine and create innovative imagery and multimedia content to support world-class social media strategy- Stay current on industry trends and provide suggestions to the team on ways Allwork.Space can remain relevant in the social media space - help identify opportunities as well as advise on risks- Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals and aid in revenue generation as well.- Support in the production and promotion of our podcast (editing, guest invitations, transcripts, social media posts and engagement)- Learn a lot, make an impact, have fun**Professional & Personal Skills**- English as a first language or Fluent in English (written, spoken, complete command of the language) - 100% of all work and internal communication will be done in English.- Social Media savvy and content oriented.We create a significant amount of digital content and have a strong social media presence and influence.- The ability and sense of responsibility to work and achieve your goals, projects, and responsibilities with modest amount of supervision.- Positive, intuitive/proactive, and collaborative team player- Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.- Enjoy diversified content creation - and not camera shy.(Reels, TikTok and other video content)**Proven Experience & Requirements**- Fluent in English (written, spoken, complete command of the language) - 100% of all work and internal communication will be done in English.- Based in Monterrey, Mexico- 2-5 years professional writing experience in digital marketing, social media management or similar- Excellent, highly creative copywriting and critical-thinking skills.- Experience working with content standards, such as style and voice and tone guidelines.- At ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, working individually and collaborating across teams.- Leveraging or using the following tools- Canva- WordPress- Video and audio edition (iMovie, Garageband, Vimeo and similar)- Mailchimp / HubSpot- Sprout Social (SMM)- Instagram Reels & TikTok video creation and edition**Benefits**:- $
