About the Role We are looking for a Hospitality & Travel Coordinator to support clients throughout their vacation and travel planning process. In this role, you will manage bookings, answer inquiries, coordinate accommodations, and ensure each client enjoys a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. At HB Travels Agency USA, we focus on delivering personalized, reliable service to travelers nationwide. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner. Assist clients with travel planning, hotel and transportation arrangements, booking changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests. Provide accurate and current information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures. Maintain organized client records and ensure clear communication throughout the planning and booking process. Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their trip to confirm details and gather feedback. Resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving.
