The On Site Medical Representative (OMR) will serve as the sites medical representative in the FC. The OMR will provide functions such as : provide First aid treatment to injured employees proactively analyze tasks for potential safety issues participate in the workers compensation process and implement a site wellness program. Key job responsibilities Reporting to the WHS Manager (Site WHS Manager / WHS Manager / Multi-Site WHS Manager). You will support an assigned site as medical representative. You will manage AmCare room and attend to occupational health prevention and medical emergency cases on site. You will support the site associates with Return to Work (RTW) plan following occupational recommendations injury / illness in addition to supporting vulnerable people accommodation at work. You will manage amcare supplies stock procurement and emergency equipment inspection. You will maintain associate confidentiality and keep controlled access to amcare room. A day in the life Notes : Standard work : essential routine and non-routine tasks for each role tactical or strategic in nature. Additional tasks not captured in this standard work may arise from business needs. About the team WHS Manager Safety Specialist and Onsite medical representatives. Qualifications High school or equivalent diploma CPR course 2 years of providing emergency services in a pre-hospital setting experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications Valid card evidencing successful completion of a first aid CPR and AED course from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross or willingness to obtain it within four weeks of employment Experience with workers compensation Experience and certification in teaching first-aid CPR and AED Experience in emergency response Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
