What You’ll Be Doing Audit import/export entries to verify tariff codes, declared values, and supporting documentation. Maintain tariff classification database in PLM or third‑party software. Prepare and review documentation for customs adjustments (letters, protests, reconciliations). Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customs documentation and shipping records. Prepare Certificates of Origin and maintain trade compliance databases. Participate in internal audits and recommend compliance improvements. Update and maintain fixed asset documentation. Verify and reconcile Annex 24 and Annex 30 balances with Finance. Provide compliance guidance on customs regulations, valuation, and documentation requirements. What We’re Looking For Solid knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and documentation control. Experience auditing customs documentation and performing tariff classification. Familiarity with Free Trade Agreements, Certificates of Origin, Annex 24 and Annex 30. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with compliance teams. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency and Excel skills. Working Conditions Office‑based role with occasional flexibility for audits. Minimal physical demands (desk‑based work).
