**Job Purpose and Summary**Responsible for raw materials sourcing, supplier selection, pricing and terms negotiation, order processing, contract administration and supplier performance management.Developing and maintaining relationships and communications with internal stakeholders.**Essential Job Requirements**- Manage projects/ processes, working independently with limited supervision- Evaluates and negotiates various raw materials contracts items- Determine requirements and act upon tasks in order of urgency- Organize and track daily requests, quotes, and purchase orders- Ensures urgent requests are coordinated properly through internal processes- Maintain strong working relationships with our vendors and internal customers- Develop, maintain, and analyze ERP (SAP) systems- Helping to problem-solve issues and suggest ways to improve the process- Carrying out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner- Ability to participate, work and/or lead cross functional multinational teams effectively**Education and/or Experience**- Technical Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or related degree preferred.- 5-8 Years' Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management required.- Advanced Supply Chain or Procurement Certifications preferred.**Knowledge, Skills, and General Abilities**- Advance skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint- High proficiency in database creation/management, ERP systems, SAP, SAP Ariba and Power BI- Ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements- Bilingual in English and Spanish (completely fluent in English)- Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision- Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems- Detail-oriented and highly organized**Physical Requirements**- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard, reach, stoop and kneel**Working Environment**- This is a hybrid-remote position.- Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.**EEO Statement**RHI Magnesita is an equal opportunity employer and employs individuals regardless of race, sex, color, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin, physical handicap, age, marital status or other protected class status pursuant to applicable law.RHI Magnesita does not reject employees, or otherwise deem employees unacceptable, or take any other action for any reason prohibited by federal, state or local laws including, but not limited to, laws pertaining to employment discrimination or employee safety.In addition, RHI Magnesita does not tolerate unlawful harassment or retaliation, and abides by all applicable laws related to sexual or other forms of harassment and all laws regarding retaliation.**Disclaimer**The information contained herein is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the duties, skills and responsibilities of the job.May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
