Senior Technical Product Manager This position offers you the opportunity to join a fast-growing technology organization that is shifting the productivity paradigms in the software engineering industry. Parser is seeking an experienced and autonomous Product Manager to lead the implementation of AI Agents at the Corporate Level, from idea to production. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a cutting‑edge product that leverages Gen AI technology. The Impact You’ll Make: Manage and lead a team of senior engineers. Own end-to-end delivery of AI agent implementations for enterprise clients, from translating business needs into timelines and deliverables to ensuring on‑time, high‑quality launches. Lead large, multi‑stakeholder implementations; run cross‑functional meetings; own and maintain Gantt plans (milestones, dependencies, owners); and keep all stakeholders aligned and accountable. Guide clients through the full lifecycle—onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion—driving long‑term impact beyond initial delivery. Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise customers by managing expectations, creating alignment, and becoming a trusted partner in their AI transformation. Drive both leadership and execution by directly managing programs while establishing and scaling local Client Success, Implementation, and Program Management functions. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring smooth collaboration and resolving issues before they elevate. Take a hands‑on role in delivery by overseeing configuration, testing, optimization, and integrations to ensure agents perform flawlessly in production. Manage risk, handle escalations, and remove blockers to keep programs on track and clients confident. What You’ll Bring To Us: 8+ years in Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Technical Customer Success within enterprise SaaS, AI, or related tech environments. Proven record of hands‑on delivery in complex, technical enterprise programs - not just coordination, but execution. 4+ years in leadership roles, with experience hiring, managing, and scaling program or Customer Success teams. Experience building new functions or operations in growth‑stage companies or new markets. Strong technical acumen — comfortable working with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT integrations. Outstanding communication skills, stakeholder management, and executive presence — able to confidently lead executive‑level discussions. Outcome‑driven and highly independent, equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves or zooming out to shape long‑term strategy. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Location: Must be based in or near Bogotá, Colombia.
