Our team consists of bilingual Spanish and English-speaking dispatchers who are ready to assist. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Carrier Development/Pricing Specialist, located in Matamoros, TAM. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with carriers, negotiating competitive pricing, preparing rate proposals, and analyzing market trends to optimize freight operations. Additional tasks include collaborating with internal teams, ensuring timely updates in the system, and improving the efficiency of carrier services. Qualifications Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or related fields Strong negotiation, pricing analysis, and market research skills Proficiency in relationship building and communication with carriers Ability to manage logistics operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
