Every day, Global Payments makes it possible for millions of people to move money between buyers and sellers using our payments solutions for credit, debit, prepaid and merchant services.Our worldwide team helps over 3 million companies, more than 1,300 financial institutions and over 600 million cardholders grow with confidence and achieve amazing results.We are driven by our passion for success and we are proud to deliver best-in-class payment technology and software solutions.Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.**Integration Analyst**Nuestro Integration Analyst de Producto será responsable de coordinar las actividades de implementación de comercio electrónico entre comercios afiliados y proveedores de procesamiento de pagos, así como realizar el seguimiento y monitoreo del funcionamiento, brindar soporte funcional de primer nível a los clientes internos o externos con temas relacionados al producto.**Actividades**El o la Integration Analyst de Producto tiene la tarea de ejecutar procesos y manejar controles que permitan asegurar que se lleve a cabo la implementación de comercio electrónico para clientes en ambiente de pruebas y producción mediante el acompañamiento y coordinación de actividades.Deberá gestionar con aliados de negocio y personal interno las actividades necesarias para garantizar el funcionamiento adecuado del producto de comercio electrónico desde el punto de vista de instalación tecnológica entre comercios y proveedores.Este rol debe brindar atención a los clientes internos y externos, siendo el soporte para la resolución de dudas, presentar el producto a los clientes y gestionar o canalizar las incidencias con proveedores para su solución.Realizará pruebas en ambientes de staging y producción a fin de garantizar que cada implementación funcione correctamente.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura o Ingeniería industrial o en informática, computación o similares concluida- 2 años de experiência en área afín- Conocimiento en procesos de mesa de control para la atención de incidencias.- Conocimiento y manejo elemental de comercio electrónico.- Interés en tendencias de e-commerce - Conocimiento en diferentes tipos de integraciones e-commerce como son, pagos a distancia (ligas de pago, transferencias, SPEI, etc), Botón de pago o checkout, plugins (Wocommerce, magento, prestashop, shopify, etc).- Conocimiento y manejo elemental de herramientas para modelado de procesos, por ejemplo, BIZAGI, Draw.io, entre otros.- Conocimiento y manejo competitivo de herramientas empresariales de tipo web o standalone tales como Office o similar, G-SUITE, entre otros.- Conocimiento en lenguajes de programación, por ejemplo: Node, PHP, Java,.NET, C#(Sharp), C++, SQL, Shell Script, XML, HTML sólo para el entendimiento de "scripts" de códigos con los comercios.- Manejo de herramientas digitales de comunicación como servicios de mensajería instantánea, correo electrónico, videollamadas, entre otros.- Conocimiento elemental en gestión del riesgo y buenas prácticas de seguridad en aplicaciones web.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo base fijo- Paquete de prestaciones superiores a las de la ley así como adicionales.- Contamos con la certificación Great place to Work ******Postúlate
