Sourcing & Procurement SpecialistFedEx Express is committed to leveraging advanced technology to solve business problems and enhance operational efficiency.Our culture fosters innovation, collaboration, and a dedication to excellence.The Sourcing & Procurement Specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing global sourcing strategies that align with corporate objectives and deliver the most cost-effective solutions.You will report to the Manager in the US with strategic initiatives, drive innovation within procurement operations, and manage high-level supplier negotiations across multiple categories.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement short- and long-term global sourcing strategies.Support corporate strategic planning, analysis, and process/project management.Lead complex supplier negotiations ensuring optimal agreements.Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency across procurement functions.Develop and mentor professionals while building a high-performing, innovative organization.Provide systems support, reporting, and process optimization.Perform additional tasks as assigned to strengthen procurement operations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Strategic Management, Marketing, or any analytical field.Preferred: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.6+ years of professional experience in analytical/quantitative procurement across multiple complex categories.Experience in program or project management roles.Advanced degree may offset part of the experience requirements.Demonstrated leadership experience.Required SkillsExceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strong analytical and process/project management capabilities.Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.Proven innovation and consistent delivery of high-quality sourcing solutions.Conversational English C1.Equal Opportunity StatementFedEx Express is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, ensuring equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.Seniority levelExecutiveEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionPurchasingIndustries – Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage#J-*****-Ljbffr
