**Remote Work: Yes****Overview**:At Zebra, we are a community of innovators who come together to create new ways of working to make everyday life better.United by curiosity and care, we develop dynamic solutions that anticipate our customer's and partner's needs and solve their challenges.Being a part of Zebra Nation means being seen, heard, valued, and respected.Drawing from our diverse perspectives, we collaborate to deliver on our purpose.Here you are a part of a team pushing boundaries to redefine the work of tomorrow for organizations, their employees, and those they serve.You have opportunities to learn and lead at a forward-thinking company, defining your path to a fulfilling career while channeling your skills toward causes that you care about - locally and globally.We've only begun reimaging the future - for our people, our customers, and the world.Let's create tomorrow together.Manages the deployment and execution of controls and defenses to ensure the security of company technology, information systems and technology based payment systems.**Responsibilities**:- Implements and maintains security protocol (standards and criteria) for critical systems and operational policies- Manages execution of security breach test plans and remediation plans with team and business- Guides and develops team and business to understand company policies and market trends to ensure the efficient operation of the function- Partners with internal and/or external parties to address current and potential security issues- Encourages cooperation among and provides guidance to team members**Qualifications**:**Minimum requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Security Engineering- 8+ years of experience with prior IT or equivalent discipline with at least 2 years of management/supervisory experience- Required knowledge of ISO ***** security framework and Vulnerability management- Must have experience with the security framework within Google, Azure and AWS- Must have experience managing a team of up to 5 staff members in a global environment.- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)**Preferred Requirements**:- Advanced degree preferred- Familiarity with containerized compute environments (docker, Kubernetes)- Familiarity Security tools (orca, CrowdStrike, nucleous) and Jira- Certification of ISO ***** security framework is a great plusKey Skills and Competencies:- Experience managing professional staff- Ability to manage budgets- Ability to identify and manage process improvements- Demonstrate interaction with subordinates, customers, and/or peer group managers; often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team- Demonstrates technical and management skills
