This includes designing, building, and curating engaging, scalable curriculum, leveraging technology to boost learner engagement, and driving modern learning methodologies across our global organization. You will also work closely with Regional L&D and Academy Leads to define learning objectives and content requirements.Your responsibilities will include:Design and curate learning solutions, including learning journeys and pathways, e-learning modules, face-to-face, VILT (virtual, instructor‑led training) and blended learning programsApply instructional design principles to create engaging, learner‑centered experiencesConduct needs assessments with stakeholders to recommend effective learning approaches and solutionsStay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices in learning design and technologyCollaborate with internal and external content providers and external business partners learning solutions, such as Microsoft, AWS, GCP to curate high-quality learning resourcesManage multiple projects including timelines, resources, and communications, while fostering social learning communities #J-18808-Ljbffr
