OverviewJoin to apply for the RTR Analyst role at Air Distribution Technologies, Inc.Ubicacion: Monterrey Nuevo LeonResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver detailed reports that provide actionable insights into business and operational performanceEnsure accuracy and timeliness in producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, supporting managers and business units in data-driven decision-makingDevelop and maintain dynamic dashboards to track and present key business performance metricsCollaborate with IT and leadership to address complex data challenges, ensuring seamless integration across multiple data sourcesStreamline reporting processes by leveraging enterprise system expertise and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiencyAssist in preparing and publishing key financial reports, including AR Aging, Collections, Sales Registers, and Unapplied Cash & CreditsSupport quarterly assessments for AR provisions related to bad debts, ensuring compliance with ADTI standardsFacilitate the monthly closure of AR modules, ensuring accurate journal entries for intercompany transactions, unapplied credits, withholding taxes, Forex reinstatements, and vendor balance transfersCreate visually compelling charts, graphs, and infographics to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholdersPromote the use of standardized metrics and reporting practices to enhance operational efficiency and decision-makingAct as a liaison between functional teams to ensure seamless documentation and reporting processesContribute to financial planning and centralized process improvement initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment across departmentsEnsure strict adherence to internal policies, external guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all reporting activitiesAdvocate for continuous improvement and standardization in reporting processes to support organizational excellenceQualifications And Experience3+ years of experience in financial reportingDeep understanding of US GAAP; familiarity with IFRS is advantageousProficiency in financial systems (e.g., OneStream) and advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approachEffective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and influence stakeholdersDemonstrated success in driving process improvements and leveraging technologySeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustriesWholesale Building MaterialsReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
