We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Functional Leader with a specialization in Finance and Controlling (FICO) to join our team.This role involves global SAP responsibilities, requiring a leader who can manage complex, multinational SAP FICO systems and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Implementation : Develop and execute a global SAP FICO strategy that aligns with the organization's financial goals and objectives.Project Management and Execution : Manage and oversee global SAP FICO projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and project success.Business Process Optimization : Analyze and redesign financial processes and controls to maximize efficiency and accuracy using SAP FICO.System Configuration and Maintenance : Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules, ensuring they meet global and local requirements.Cross-Functional Integration : Work closely with other SAP module leaders and IT teams to ensure cohesive and integrated ERP solutions.Training and Support : Develop comprehensive training programs for global users and provide ongoing support for SAP FICO-related issues.Compliance and Best Practices : Ensure compliance with global financial regulations and best practices in SAP FICO usage and data management.Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executive leadership, across various global locations.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a proven track record in a leadership role managing global SAP environments.Strong understanding of global financial principles and regulations.Experience in managing large-scale SAP projects and cross-functional teams.Experience in Merger and Acquisitions, Carve Out and Financial Calendar change is a must.At least 7 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a proven track record in a leadership role managing global SAP environments.Strong understanding of global financial principles and regulations.Experience in managing large-scale SAP projects and cross-functional teams.Preferred SkillsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.Proficient in change management and process optimization.SAP FICO certification is highly desirable.SAP S4 HANA Implementation and Support Experience a Plus.#J-*****-Ljbffr
