El gerente de grupo de Cartera de Crédito es un puesto de nível gerencial sénior responsable de lograr resultados a través de la gestión de un equipo o departamento para monitorear la cartera de Citi e identificar migraciones de crédito junto con el equipo de Gestión de Riesgos.El objetivo general de este puesto es dirigir la exposición de la cartera de Citi a clientes y contrapartes a nível global.**Responsabilidades**:- Liderar y formar un equipo de analistas de riesgo y gestionar áreas disciplinarias profesionales complejas, críticas o grandes.- Liderar los esfuerzos para prever riesgos financieros, incluido el diseño y mantenimiento de modelos complejos de previsión de pérdidas de crédito y riesgos financieros, realizar análisis de costos de crédito y monitorear las tendencias de los productos para identificar áreas clave de riesgo y oportunidades.- Desarrollar, evaluar, optimizar e implementar políticas de crédito/valoración.- Gestionar níveles de riesgo para el panorama completo de crédito/valoración en múltiples productos y formatos minoristas, de conformidad con los objetivos financieros del programa.- Realizar un seguimiento y presentar informes sobre iniciativas, resultados de rendimiento, tendencias emergentes y oportunidades a la gerencia sénior.- Crear asociaciones y redes interdisciplinarias a fin de respaldar la ejecución de iniciativas de negocio e interdisciplinarias.- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares**Calificaciones**:- Más de 10 años de experiência en la gestión de riesgo crediticio o capacitación equivalente- Preferentemente, experiência en la industria de servicios financieros- Experiência comprobada como responsable de la prestación de un rango completo de servicios a una o más regiones geográficas/negocios- Demostrar de manera constante una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.- Habilidades de negociación comprobadas utilizadas con frecuencia a nível sénior- Habilidad comprobada para resumir, priorizar e impulsar resultados con urgencia- Habilidad para obtener apoyo y participación en una amplia variedad de audiencias internas y externas**Educación**:- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.- Preferencia de maestría.- **Job Family Group**:Risk Management- **Job Family**:Credit & Portfolio Risk Management- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.View the **EEO is the Law Supplement**.View the **EEO Policy Statement**.View the **Pay Transparency Posting
