Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe **Operations Manager** will be responsible for leading all daily plant operations within the framework of the **Faurecia Excellence System (FES)**, ensuring compliance with production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets.**Main Activities**:- Manage the full scope of plant operations to ensure reliable and efficient manufacturing processes.- Develop and implement **continuous improvement strategies** focused on optimizing resources and reducing operational costs.- Lead the **Lean / FES department**, driving operational excellence initiatives through **Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma** methodologies.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (**OEE, scrap, efficiency, delivery, costs**) and implement effective corrective actions.- Coordinate with **Maintenance, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics** teams to achieve business goals and performance targets.- Promote a strong **safety and environmental compliance culture**, ensuring adherence to all **HSE** standards.- Develop and coach operations and supervisory teams to build high-performing talent through leadership and training programs.- Actively participate in internal and external audits under **ISO/TS ***** or IATF ******* standards.- Ensure alignment to the **Master Production Schedule (MPS)** and meet customer delivery commitments within the automotive sector.Experiência y requisitos**Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering** (Master's degree is a plus).**5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing operations**, preferably in Tier 1 or OEM environments.Proven experience leading **production, maintenance, and quality teams** in a high-volume manufacturing setting.Strong background in **Lean Manufacturing, FES, or TPS** systems implementation.Solid understanding of **production planning, cost control, logistics, and continuous improvement processes**.Familiarity with **ISO ****, IATF *******, and **HSE standards**.Advanced **data analysis and KPI management** skills (Excel, Power BI, SAP or similar systems).**Leadership and people development experience** — ability to coach, motivate, and empower cross-functional teams.**Strong communication skills** and the ability to collaborate across departments and corporate levels.**English: Advanced level** (spoken and written).Availability to work on-site and adapt to operational demands.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Prestaciones superiores a las que marca la Ley- caja de ahorro- comedor- fondo de ahorro- transporte- servicios médicos en planta**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Producción/Manufactura**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Horario personalizado**Estudios** Maestría**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
