Logistics Coordinator

Overview:**Responsibilities**:- This person will execute delivery and logistics activities, ensuring on time shipment from the ship site to on time delivery to the customer.In addition to the day-to-day SAP transactions the position also involves working with team members to resolve delays, equipment challenges, etc. that may impact on time delivery to the customer.- This position will interface with their counterparts in Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, Sales, Quality and Production Sites to meet productivity and quality metrics thereby ensuring a seamless order-to-deliver process.- Teminal Management - Contract execution & Inventory Reconciliation.- Rail Ferry and overland Rail shipment tracking.- SOX Compliance.- Incident investigation, preventive and corrective action.- Invoice review/approval.Qualifications:- Completed Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain Management, Business, Chemical Engineer, etc.)- 1-3 years logistic experience.- Advanced level of English language (mandatory)- ** Required**:- Basis knowledge of overland transportation modes- Excel, Word, Power Point- Good communication skills- Troubleshooting/problem solving skills- Process improvement driven- ** Desired**:- Truck, Rail, Iso Tank and Terminal experience/knowledge.- Experience in SAP and TMS an advantage
