For 16 years, Open English has led online English language learning worldwide.We're a global EdTech leader, empowering learners—from adults to children (via our Open English Junior brand)—across 25+ countries and 3 continents.We serve B2C, B2B, and B2G customers.Position OverviewWe're seeking a seasoned Senior QA Analyst to focus on developing and maintaining comprehensive test plans and cases for major applications.Manual testing across various software products.Defect tracking and detailed test case documentation for different modules and functionalities.Execution of test cases and reporting defects via our Test Management tool.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure testing requirements are met.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing.Perform front-end testing (Desktop & Mobile) and back-end testing (including REST APIs).Design and execute SQL queries for data validation.Actively participate in project meetings, contributing ideas and clarifying testing requirements.Collaborate with business units and development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects.Demonstrate clear and concise communication in both written and verbal forms.Methodologies & ToolsUtilize agile development methodologies (e.G., Agile, Scrum) in planning and execution.Leverage industry-standard testing tools and practices, including test management and issue tracking systems.(Bonus)Experience with performance testing tools and basic automation frameworks.QualificationsOver 5 years of professional experience in software testing using modern tools, techniques, and methodologies.Proficient in test management and issue tracking tools.Strong database skills, including writing and executing SQL queries.Solid experience in testing REST APIs and native mobile applications.Preferred QualificationsBackground in eLearning or EdTech.Familiarity with payments or Salesforce domains.Proven success in fast-paced Agile / Scrum environments.Experience with Selenium / Appium and Python for automation is a plus.Personal AttributesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively.Excellent analytical, business, and technical writing skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesE-Learning Providers#J-*****-Ljbffr
