Vacante para la empresa Gabriel Salcedo HEADHUNTER LATAM en Polanco -Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de MéxicoJr.Finance Business PartnerIn this role you will support our management team providing accurate and timely accounting of company results.They will ensure that financial actions and decisions are taken in the Company's best interests and maximize and long-term profitability.ResponsibilitiesPrepare analysis and reporting for key GL cost types (e.G. Payroll, IT, T&E etc.)Prepare analysis and reporting for all USA / Canada markets.Support Senior Analyst in all the necessary activities of Stat Accounting and preparation for and during interim and annual audit.Support Senior Analyst to provide critical appraisals and review of all current and new supplier contracts relating to USA / Canada.Create and sustain a trusted partnership with the USA / Canada management team and be the focal point for cost center management, projects and day to day service provision.Set the approach and areas of focus for operational and financial performance reporting to stakeholders to deliver added value, improve business performance, and save costs.Ensure financial integrity and effective usage of the management accounts and develop insight focused analysis and reporting for head office, highlighting any risks and opportunities to senior management on a timely basis.Build and streamline templates to be utilized across BP&A.Assist on ad hoc projects.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Finance or AccountingMinimum of 1-2 years in financial controlling / analyst experienceExperience in Microsoft office programs (especially Excel)Ability to understand the impact of Finance on business strategyHighly numerate, analytical and strategicHigh degree of financial modelling, planning and forecasting techniquesWork collaboratively across functions and all levelsCommitment to continuous improvement of self and othersPassion for success and quality in everything you doSAP experience a plusBIS experience a plusTM1 Cognos experience a plusBenefitsSalary $23,000 to $26,000Robust compensation package above the legal requirementsFlexible office hoursBirthday offExclusive employee discountsComprehensive wellness programs to promote health & well-beingContinuous developmentLife and career planDesired Education LevelSuperior - tituladoDesired Experience LevelNível ExpertoDepartment FunctionContabilidad / FinanzasIndustryComercio al por menor / Minorista o RetailSkillsExcelFinancial controllingAnalyst experience#J-*****-Ljbffr
