Senior Revenue & Pricing Analyst(100% Remote – Luxory-Boutique Hotels)Location: RemoteSchedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CTSalary Range:Payroll: $32,000 – $36,000 MXN/month + law benefitsDirect Contractor: $38,000 – $45,000 MXN/month net + benefitsFinal offer depends on experience.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Revenue & Pricing Analyst (NOT a manager) with 4–6 years of experience to optimize pricing, forecasting, and revenue performance across a portfolio of boutique hotels.You will lead pricing strategy, analyze property performance, and use STAR/STR benchmarking to identify revenue opportunities. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who enjoys working with data, creating pricing models, and translating insights into actionable rate strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesPricing Strategy & ForecastingDevelop and execute pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market competitiveness.Build and maintain pricing models, demand forecasts, and scenario analyses.Adjust rates, discounts, and packages based on demand, competition, seasonality, and pacing.Hotel Performance & BenchmarkingConduct property performance analysis using KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and booking pace.Perform STAR/STR Reporting and benchmarking against competitive sets.Identify performance gaps and prepare actionable recommendations.Revenue OptimizationEvaluate rate plan effectiveness and profitability across channels.Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, local events, and booking patterns.Support long-term revenue strategies and pricing process improvements.System & OTA ManagementUpdate and optimize rates in Cloudbeds (PMS) or similar systems.Manage prices and inventory across OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.).Prepare revenue performance and pricing reports for leadership.Required Experience4–6 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or hotel financial analysis.Strong knowledge of yield management, pricing structures, and hotel revenue KPIs.Experience with boutique or independent hotels (highly preferred).Ability to calculate rates, margins, and profitability with precision.Experience creating forecasts, pricing models, and performance analyses.Technical SkillsAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, modeling, trend analysis).Experience with Cloudbeds or similar PMS.Familiarity with STR/STAR reports, OTA Insight, or benchmarking tools.Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.Soft Skills & Work StyleEnglish level C1/C2 (written and verbal).Strong communication skills for reporting and presentations.Comfortable working remotely and independently.Proactive, organized, analytical thinker.Join UsIf you're a driven Senior Revenue & Pricing Analyst who loves pricing, forecasting, KPIs, and boutique hospitality performance—this role is for you.Apply today and join an international remote team dedicated to excellence in boutique hotel revenue management.
