Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Assistant role located in Santa María Huatulco, OAX. The Marketing Assistant will support marketing and sales efforts through conducting market research, assisting with customer communication, and developing promotional materials. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent service, and supporting the team in achieving sales and marketing goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service Experience or aptitude in Market Research and Sales Proficiency in Sales & Marketing strategies Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment Strong organizational and time‑management skills. This role is ideal for someone who is creative and has experience creating content. Work closely with me and our sales and marketing team, supporting property marketing, listings, digital communications, and daily operations in one of Mexico’s fastest‑growing coastal real estate markets.
