We are looking for a **Workday Integrations Managing Consultant**who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.**Requirements (What We’re Looking For):*** Workday Integrations Certification (Preferred)* Fluent in English (Required)* 1+ years of direct people management experience (Required)* 2+ years experience implementing Workday Integration configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels (Required)* 2+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Integration solutions according to customer requirements (Required)* Experience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIB’s, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio (Preferred)* Passion to train and develop direct reports, with various levels of experience* General knowledge in all Workday functional areas* Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration * Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously* Strong communication skills, both written and oral* Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust* Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations **Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):*** Work directly with clients to implement Workday Integration configuration solutions into their business environments of all complexity levels.* Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs of all complexity levels* Define, build and implement HR processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs, enhancing clients’ experience and value of the Workday software of increasing complexity levels with experience.* Work with functional internal and client teams to configure and test vendor integration solutions* Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization* Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations* Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team**Benefits (What We’re Offering):*** Fast-paced and result oriented work culture with competitive base salary* Comprehensive legal benefits package in accordance with Mexican labor law plus: Christmas bonus (30 days) 70% vacation bonus 15 days off per year Home office bonus or transportation bonus $1,600 food stamps Private medical insurance for you and your family Dental and Optical insurance Life insurance Training platform Agreements with Universities Financial services (MINU) Total Pass Gym*TopBloc is an Equal Opportunity Employer***Careers@topbloc.com to see if there are any upcoming opportunities**At TopBloc, our most valuable resource is our people – with a diversity of backgrounds, ideas, and life experiences.
