Job Description Summary The IT Leader Jr. will support the IT department in maintaining and improving the company's information technology infrastructure and systems. Job Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and peripherals. Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures and protocols. Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology deployments. Collaborate with senior IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems. Assist in managing and maintaining IT inventory and asset tracking. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and processes. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 7 years of experience in an IT support or related role. Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS), and hardware components. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop new technical skills.
