Network Infrastructure Engineer Trinetix is seeking a Network Infrastructure Engineer for our client in the Telecom sector. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with data center migrations, fiber installations, and network capacity enhancements, along with strong proficiency in Cisco router CLI. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams and third‑party providers to ensure efficient and reliable network infrastructure delivery. Core Responsibilities Plan and execute data center and customer circuit migrations efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with third‑party providers to install new fiber infrastructure to expand network capacity. Coordinate with field technicians for fiber patching and installations within data centers. Manage and resolve escalations and high‑impact infrastructure projects in a timely manner. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco network devices using command‑line interface (CLI). Maintain accurate documentation of network changes and configurations. Requirements Proven experience in network infrastructure projects, including data center migrations and fiber installations. Strong proficiency with Cisco router CLI for configuration and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of network protocols, topologies, and configurations. Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure on critical issues. Strong communication and coordination abilities, with experience working across internal teams and external partners. Nice‑to‑haves Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent. Experience with other networking technologies and hardware beyond Cisco. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Agile frameworks).
