OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated professional to act as a primary bridge between personal injury managers, attorneys, and patients. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of personal injury cases, from initial referrals and scheduling to service authorizations and bilingual communication. Scheduling: as needed, Nurse Practitioner Follow UpRequirementsAPPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AN ASSESSMENT2 yrs experience working with law firms2 years experience with EHR systems: scheduling5 yrs office experienceVery clear spoken in English and SpanishMust have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, phone systems (placing calls on hold and managing 2-3 calls at time)Must be reliable, self-starter, mature, empathetic, and have excellent customer service skillsMust have an extra computer monitor and Adobe accessGreat listening abilitiesStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and remotelyUnderstand the client's policies and remember how to implement them.
