More specifically but not limited to, you will:- Development of work plans in coordination with the owners of the Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing Value Chains.- Coordinate the execution of plans and provide support and training during the execution and monitoring phases.- Promote the use of Parker's Lean System tools and problem-solving methodology.- Coordinate the activities of external or internal advisors.- Align tool usage to the Parker Standard.- Achievement of quantifiable objectives in terms of units of Cost, Quality, Productivity and Safety according to monthly and annual plans.- Coordinate and / or facilitate improvement projects, Kaizen events together with the functional owners and teams associated with the event.**We would like to hear from you if you have**:- Degree in Industrial or Mechnical Engineering.- Experience: 3 to 4 years in similar position- Experience in automotive or engineering manufacturing industries is a must.- Six Sigma Green Belt (Desirable)- Proficiency in EnglishTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,****** - $36,****** al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- *****, Apodaca, N.
