LocationAguascalientes, MXOur TeamThe Demand Generation team at Semtech plays a pivotal role in building and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive our go-to-market strategy.We collaborate across the organization to develop compelling partner programs, create targeted content, and execute marketing initiatives that generate value for both Semtech and our partners.Through these efforts, we help expand our market reach and accelerate revenue growth in the IoT and wireless solutions space.Job SummaryThe Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of Semtech's channel marketing strategies and programs to drive revenue growth through our partner ecosystem.This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create partner-focused content, implement marketing campaigns, and support partner relationships.The position requires strong project management, communication, and analytical skills to effectively contribute to the success of channel marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of channel-oriented content and marketing programs that drive value through our partner ecosystem.Create and update sales tools, content assets, and marketing materials for channel partners (35%)Assist in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners.Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities with partners and serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives (30%)Track, measure, and report on channel marketing program performance.Gather data, analyze results, and provide insights to optimize program effectiveness and ROI (20%)Support the planning and execution of partner-focused events, including the annual Global Partner Summit, webinars, and other channel engagement activities (15%)Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably with some exposure to channel or partner marketingStrong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems (e.G., Salesforce)Basic analytical skills to track and report on marketing program performanceStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesExcellent English language communication skills, both written and verbalCareer Growth PhilosophyAt Semtech, we seek innovation and leadership from each and every member of our team.Our goal is to ensure that our talented professionals are equipped with support, resources, and the opportunity to excel.Our pay-for-performance philosophy provides recognition and prestige coupled with a competitive compensation package.The intent of this job description is to describe the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job.Incumbents may be required to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically included in this description.All duties and responsibilities are essential job functions and requirements and are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
