**About Worldline**- Worldline is the European leader in digital payments and number four worldwide, powered by over 20,000 employees in more than 50 countries.Every day, our technology provides the trusted infrastructure for millions of people and businesses around the world - and we ´re just getting started.We are on an exciting journey to lead the way towards the next frontier of payments.Our ambitions are extraordinarily high, and we need the best people in the world to bring them to life - people like you.**Job Position**:**Record to Report Process PLENO Analyst****Location**:Mexico City, Mexico**Countries to Serve**:**Americas Region****Job Purpose**:The Record to Report Process Pleno Analyst is responsible to support the continuous improvement of the Record to Report (R2R) function, support to Senior analyst to review and implementing policies, improving processes and workflow.The Pleno Analyst must to be the backup of the senior analyst, she or he has to have the ability of take decisions for the team if the Senior analyst is absent.**Key Responsibilities**:- Meets deadlines and demonstrates high quality when processing core activities and strengthening compliance with internal controls over accounting.- Build strong collaborative networks with LOCAL BUSINESS and ensure good/adequate communication- Reconciles sub-ledger vs. general ledger and prepare roll-forward, performs various analyses (depreciation reasonableness, mid-month review, fluctuation analysis), provides audit (internal/external) support, and assists in various clean-up efforts.- Actively contributes with daily activities, pre-close and month end closing processes.Acts as reviewer of Journal entries and account reconciliations in daily and close processes of other Junior analyst.- Prepares and reviews daily and ad-hoc reporting within agreed SLAs.- Coaches Junior analyst on identifying and managing process improvement projects.- Complies and ensures the operation is aligned with company's policies and procedures.- Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules.- Analyzes and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements and reports.- Reports to Senior Analyst**Competencies/****Skill Requirements**:- Excellent understanding of R2R processes, using SAP and their associated risks and mitigating internal controls.- Proficiency with R2R processes and procedures on an international level will be favorably considered (specifically experience with Americas Region).**Key Success Factors**:- Strong ethical attitude, leading by example and able to set the tone around inclusion and employee well-being.- Ability to go beyond the initial scope of services, be creative, and conflict resolution.- Passion for data integrity, process definition, and organizational alignment.- Demonstrates coaching, supervision and motivation skills while maintaining an open and approachable style- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-cultural business local business and work effectively within cross-functional teams.- Ability to work under pressure to provide service quality and response levels required.**Education Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree required preferably with concentration in Finance or Accounting.- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) / CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) / CMA (Certified Management Accountant), Six Sigma, lean accounting, project management, and / or process improvement certifications are a valuable plus.**Experience Requirements**:- More than 4 years of experience, consolidation, analysis and reporting for manufacturing capitalization and depreciation forecasts, budgets and business plans and strengthening compliance with internal controls over asset accounting.**Languages**:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills using fluent English and Spanish.(English intermediated is requested)**Job Segment**:Business Process, Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma, Project Manager, SAP, Management, Technology
