Implementarás políticas y procesos de Recursos Humanos alineados con los objetivos del negocio. Analizarás métricas y propondrás acciones para mejorar la eficiencia y retención del talento. Asegurarás el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral y promoverás un ambiente positivo. Licenciatura en Administración, Psicología, Recursos Humanos o afín. Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en roles similares (HRBP, Generalista Sr.). Conocimiento sólido en legislación laboral y mejores prácticas de RH. Habilidades de comunicación, negociación e influencia. Inglés avanzado (deseable). Oportunidad de impactar estratégicamente en el negocio. Ambiente colaborativo y enfoque en desarrollo profesional. #J-18808-Ljbffr
