Reporting to the IT Intranet, Collaboration & Support Applications team, you will partner closely with cross-functional business units to identify optimization opportunities and lead the implementation of impactful solutions.Leveraging your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will gather and analyze data, document business requirements, and develop strategies to enhance workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks. By applying industry best practices in areas like value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and Lean methodologies, you will deliver actionable recommendations that drive business growth and help NOV better serve our customers.As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with teams across the organization to understand their unique challenges and translate these insights into comprehensive process improvement initiatives.
