Indigo Print Contracts Administrator

**_ Responsibilities: _**- Prepares and reviews materials to facilitate and support sales activities for internal and external customers in the Americas region, coordinating with cross-functional business units as well as external-facing representatives.Owns and reviews reports detailing performance indicators, sales trends, and other sales data-related analysis; highlights implications, drawing conclusions and recommendations from trends and observations.- Coordinates archiving, access, and usage of contract documents in HP storage systems such as Service Now, JIRA, SharePoint, cloud-based file shares, and other tools.Monitors and responds to cases and tickets for contract customization, and updates opportunity status and records throughout the step-of-sale lifecycle.- Manages post-sales order management (e.g., specialized product builds, performance reports, data analysis); handles a limited number of the most complex customer accounts.- Manages relationships and provides required information and support to other departments and functional groups (e.g., Sales, Tax, Credit and Collections, Business Management, Category, Audit, Operations, Legal, and IT) to resolve highly complex issues.**_ Competencies: _**- Excellent English communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)- Thorough understanding of local legal compliance issues, contract theory and construction pricinciples, and direct/indirect sales processes.- Expert problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.- Excellent teamwork skills.- Expert time management skills, including working independently while exercising good judgment.- Good project management, mentoring, and coaching skills.
