This individual will also help strengthen our approach to property marketing, ensuring marketing strategies reflect the needs of individual buildings, neighborhoods, and markets while remaining connected to broader regional and global priorities. The role requires someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, understand both portfolio-level and property-level business needs, and bring structure and consistency to marketing across a complex, global organization. Success in this role will require strong commercial instincts, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence across markets and functions without always having direct ownership of execution.
