The Team and Role An exciting opportunity exists within Medallia’s growing Talent Acquisition Team for an experienced Talent Partner who is passionate about scaling a global innovator and leader within the AI-powered customer experience management industry. In this role, you will act as a strategic consultant to senior leaders, developing a deep understanding of Medallia’s business objectives to identify and attract top‑tier talent across Mexico, Argentina, and the US. The ideal candidate brings a "Global Mindset" with a local touch and proven success managing a mixed portfolio of technical and business operations roles including professional services in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. Responsibilities Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical (Software Engineering/IT), specialized Client Delivery roles (Implementation, Professional Services), and other ad hoc needs across Mexico, Argentina, and the US. Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent in competitive markets, leveraging market insights and competitive intelligence. Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and Finance/HRBP partners, guiding selection criteria and resource mapping. Cross-Border Compensation: Manage complex offer negotiations, navigating the nuances of LatAm compensation expectations in alignment with Medallia’s global policies. Candidate Advocacy: Deliver a "white-glove" candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and professional engagement at every touchpoint. Data Integrity: Maintain accuracy within our ATS (iCIMS) and other recruiting tools to ensure data-driven decision-making. Candidates based in the Mexico City vicinity will be prioritized as this role is Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite. Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of recruitment experience specifically within the Technology/Software industry recruiting for technical and other business groups (i.e. Professional Services, Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.) 2+ years of recruiting experience for a US-based company while focused on the Mexico and greater LatAm markets. Native or Near-Native fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken, as this role interfaces with US leadership daily. Preferred Qualifications Experience with iCIMS or similar enterprise-grade ATS. Recruiting expertise in the Argentina market Ability to influence and guide upper-level management through the hiring process. Expertise in Latin America labor trends, including knowledge of regional benefits and talent migration patterns. Adaptability: Experience working in a "startup-style" environment where agility and speed are essential.
